Weโre creating this page as a living wiki, a central space to share all our School Innovation Ideas in one place.
While not every idea may make it to full-scale execution, we believe in sharing them openly so our community can explore, reflect, and engage with them.
Based on the feedback and interest we receive, some of these ideas will evolve into fully-developed initiatives, what weโll call our EdMonks Programs.
We invite you to browse through these ideas and let us know which ones resonate with you. If something excites you, you can choose to participate and help bring that idea to life as a program.
We are working on 4 types of School Innovation Ideas
๐ EdMonks Emerging Technology Projects for Schools
At the back end, we are working with various programs, and out of all those ideas, the first one that we are focused at, is

School Innovation Ideas sharing Platform for School Leaders – The EdMonks Tribe
๐ฅฎ EdMonks Round Tables
An invite only Talks cohort K12 School Leaders
Only 12 Participants at a time | PAID
This is our initiative to build an Invite only community of doers in school education space. The idea is to invite selected School Leaders to deliver a 10-15 minutes talk to 10 to 12 invited school leaders in some school. These talks will be video recorded and will be accessible to all the participants. Please note, only the acting school leaders can be a part of this community.
You become eligible for this community by solving a problem at your school. So in case you have implemented an innovative idea at your school or if you have solved something over there, you are eligible to apply for a conversation.

Here a talk can be only about solutions to a given problem for School Leaders and not about trends.
So you will not be able to talk about braided learning, holistic learning, or Finland model, or Impact of AI, etc.
However, you can talk about things like, how I made my school an AI enabled school, how to build a strong parents community, the challenge in changing pedagogy and its solutions, or how I transformed a school on a limited budget.
Every accepted participant will automatically becomes a part of EdMonks Tribe and as we plan to organise 5-6 such events at various places, the participants will be able to meet all other doers in the space.
We plan to invite all the participants to our annual retreat.

Bright School Teachers with a minimum of 5 years classroom teaching experience can apply for this year long program to get trained on Networking, Influence, and Leadership. Through NIL fellowship, we want to develop a new array of school leaders, so these fellows will be trained to get leadership positions like coordinators, vice principals, principals in 2026-27 Academic year.
We will accept at max 8 people in a year for this program. They will be accepted through tasks + interview process. This program does not have any upfront cost, however there can be a success fee (If they are able to get a career growth, they should pay a fee to us)
EdMonks Teacherpreneurs
If you are an individual who has classroom teaching experience and have a product idea but do not know how to go about it. You may join hands with EdMonks to launch your product. It can be done 2 ways.
a. Royalty โ In this mode, EdMonks will look after the whole marketing and districution efforts and will become the owner of the product IP, you being the product manager and the face of the product in the market. In this case, you will keep getting a royalty for that product as and when it sells.
b. Consultancy โ If you alternatively want your product only with your name, we can offer you guidance on marketing and distribution but we will charge an upfront fee for the same.
School Innovation Ideas for Parents
1. School Ratings โ We are developing a school rating system to make parents more aware about the innovation and education level of a certain school.
2. Free Video Course (in making) โ I am soon planning to make a FREE course for progressive parents.
