After several years of consultancy and training success in school admission growth and brand communication, we have realised that schools need help both on Innovation and on communication.

While most school will accept that Schools are grown with WORD OF MOUTH and not by ADVERTISING, they still keep trying the same pit of advertisement and do not accept that their innovation is not working.

When we realised that customised consultancy can help only a handful of schools as it is very expensive

while we wanted to create a large impact, so we decided to use all our learnings so far with various schools to build a program that can help schools at a very low price point.

This program aims to help schools on the following 3 things

it should empower school teams to learn new skills and become self sufficient to innovate and communicate at their school.
has to be designed in a way that it is scalable and can help several schools at one time
and it has to be affordable for most of the schools

After successful completion of this program, these schools can apply to become an EdMonks Powered Futuristic School.

How School Growth Program works?

So if you are looking for instant increase in admissions, you may opt for advertisement but that has constant outflow of money and we do not want to work in that direction

we instead want to accept only those school owners on our program

who are willing to invest time into systems and leadership framework,
who want to build and train in-house communication teams,
who want to get rid of the constant expenditure of advertisement
and who do understand that there will be a little time required to build the word of mouth

and that is why, we accept schools through an application plus interaction process to check synergies.

January 2026 – March 2027: Your path to becoming an EdMonks Powered School

Program Fee

Usually customised school growth consultancy are very expensive and may cost anything between 20 to 50 lac a year and it takes a minimum of 3 to 5 years to build a strong school brand.

Since it was an expensive affair not suitable to every school, we decided to build this very economic program, however this program is designed for only one Brand Positioning, ‘a futuristic school’, we have tested and found this is one of the most desirable brand positioning by school parents.

So if you are willing to be a part of this 15 month journey, you are welcome to apply and join at a meagre amount of INR 20,000/- per month (If paid for the entire program i.e INR 300,000/-)

Alternatively If you want to pay it quarterly, the fee will be 100,000/- per quarter.
