Group Mentoring Program
It will help you to improve yourself at all major areas of your personal growth. The selection process include an application plus an interview. A single group will include 5 to 15 people. There will be different groups for different level of people for example, all the teachers who need to become a good teacher first will be in one group. All the good teachers, who want to become a coordinator will be in another group. All the coordinators, headmistress/headmaster/ Vc Principals who want to become a principal will be in one group and then all the principals who want to become a good principal will be taken in a separate group.
